HOW MANY EMPLOYEES WORK AT iOLAP?
At the moment we have 250 colleagues and counting! The ratio between guys and gals is approximately 70:30.
WHAT ARE THE WORK HOURS?
The official work hours are 9AM – 5PM. We work every day on an intercontinental basis so we need all the overlap we can get. However, don't fret - if these hours don't work for you, we offer flexible hours so you can personally tailor when you work. We value how and what you deliver.
WHAT’S YOUR STANDARD EQUIPMENT?
We use either PCs or Macs, depending on the job’s needs and a minimum of two monitors.
WHERE ARE YOUR OFFICES?
Our offices are always easily accessible and definitely unmissable. The EU HQ is situated in the very center of Rijeka, and the US HQ in Dallas. However, we offer the option to work remotely, which means your office can be anywhere you want it to be.

DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE?
Yes, you have to be dressed in clothes. We do prefer closed footwear for guys, everything else is up to you.
IS A UNIVERSITY DEGREE A REQUIREMENT?
No, it isn’t. If you can show us that you can do it, that's what we care about. Experience, motivation and drive to continually learn and improve are more important.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET MY CV/RESUME NOTICED?
Strive to present all your skills and experience, regardless of whether it had been acquired during your formal education, work experience, freelancing or just working on a project for yourself. Highlight those that are directly connected to the position you are applying for.
Hint: recent college graduates, boot campers and juniors could benefit a lot from having an active GitHub profile.
HOW DOES THE SELECTION PROCESS LOOK?
It usually depends on the position you have applied for. If it isn't otherwise specified, after we have received your applications including a CV/Resume and a cover letter, candidates who initially present as a fit will be invited for a screening interview. Then there will be some form of assessment, through a technical interview and/or task, which will be followed by at least one more interview. That can vary, of course, depending on the position and pool of candidates, but as you enter the process you will be timely informed.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE SALARY FOR THE POSITION?
We don't define the salary beforehand because we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your compensation, and feel like it's competitive when considering your skills, experience, and knowledge. It is something we discuss during the selection process, when you get to know us and our projects more, so you can provide your opinion and we can assess the best outcome.
