As a System Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure to support essential operations. You’ll work on enhancing our systems to ensure they perform reliably and efficiently. Your knowledge of automation and system security will help us make ongoing improvements and keep our digital environment secure!

What will you be doing as a System Administrator at Elixirr Digital?
Monitor and respond to security incidents to mitigate risks and reduce impact
Manage access controls and permissions to ensure data confidentiality and integrity
Conduct audits to maintain regulatory and industry standards compliance
Review and address potential security issues across the system
Provide technical support to employees
Test and validate automated processes for effectiveness and accuracy
Monitor and maintain performance and stability of automated workflows
Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications
Prepare detailed documentation and user manuals for processes and solutions
Design and develop automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies, such as Power Platform technologies
Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:
Advanced knowledge in computer networking, including architecture and troubleshooting
Proficiency in CLI scripting for automation and system management
Strong understanding of domain and directory services, such as Active Directory
Expertise in access management, especially with Azure Active Directory
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, with a focus on security and optimization
Basic familiarity with operating systems, particularly Windows, Linux, and/or Mac OS
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure
Understanding of best practices in IT administration, including compliance and security protocols
