As a Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing timely assistance to clients, and ensuring smooth product functionality. Your role will involve troubleshooting software problems and collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

What you will be doing as Support Engineer at Elixirr Digital?

  • Providing technical assistance if product issues are encountered
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software problems and providing immediate support to our clients
  • Providing accurate tech solutions by referring to the internal database or external resources
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution as well as determining severity, impact and the technical nature of the issue
  • Supporting the releases, testing, and implementation of new product versions
  • Recording technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Researching and identifying solutions to resolve system issues in a timely manner
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Directing unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Learning about product updates and new technologies

Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job: 

  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Experience with Windows and Linux environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Open to working in morning shift  (6AM - 2PM) and during weekends
  • Proficient in English
  • Extreme attention to detail and organization skills

Bonus points if you have:   

  • Experience with Cloud technologies
  • Previous experience in similar roles (e.g. System Administrator, IT Support, Help Desk)
