Thursday morning was a bit different in our Rijeka office this time. Do you want to know why?
Well…
This morning, the 200th employee joined our team! 🥳
It is a major milestone for us!
In the past few years, we have grown in terms of clients, projects, technology, and people. 📈🌱 From a small team, we have transformed into a mature organization that provides end-to-end IT services and support, and transforms businesses all around the world.
Our focus is primarily on the quality and making long-lasting relationships and partnerships with our clients. What we do is making a difference!
Today, we are thrilled to welcome @Matea Mirošević. She has joined our team as a UX/UI Designer and will be working for our newest client in the fintech industry.

Matea’s colleagues organized a little surprise for her this morning. This is our way to say – “You matter, you are important to us.”
We gave Matea a chance to connect with her peers from day one (despite the current “working from home” way of working). The studies had shown that almost 50% of professionals believe friendships at work make them happier. We hope that Matea is having a great day with her team and that she is now ready to hit the ground running.
We will do our best to make her experience at iOLAP joyful, challenging, and engaging so she stays with us long enough to welcome the next jubilee. 🍀
We do not want to forget 199 other employees (and more than a few on arrival!).
