How did it all start?

iOLAP was established 22 years ago in Frisco, Texas, and over the last 20 years has grown into a leading end-to-end tech company. In April 2022, we had some exciting news… we were acquired by Elixirr, a global management consulting firm operating in Europe, the United States and South Africa. As an Elixirr company, we’ve combined our technology and data capabilities with Elixirr’s deep strategic expertise, expanding our existing capabilities and enabling us to solve a spectrum of complex challenges boardrooms face.

Our team is made up of passionate people – those with a desire to be a part of something bigger. We work with the goal of building new and innovative solutions that create a positive impact. It’s important to us that we build our firm together, and each have a voice in its direction, as we would be nothing without our people. And that’s why we offer all our employees the chance to be owners of our company, it’s not enough to provide standard “benefits”. Employees as Owners

Elixirr has been publicly listed (ELIX) on the London Stock Exchange since July 2020. This welcomed a new opportunity for all our employees - investing in the ESPP (Employee Scheme Purchase Plan) and becoming owners of the company. Enrolling in the ESPP program gives everyone the motivation to achieve even better results because the success of the company is the success of us all.

How ESPP Works?

Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) is an annual share purchase scheme that each employee of the Elixirr Group is eligible to enroll in. Employees can enroll with a nominated percentage of their salary (up to 20%) to purchase Elixirr shares and to receive a 100% matched grant of shares from Elixirr which vests over 5 years.
